Welcome to JuiceTracker (“JuiceTracker”, “we”, “us”, the “Service”), a read-only trading journal and analytics tool that aggregates and displays your own trading activity from the cryptocurrency exchanges you connect. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
JuiceTracker reads your trades, positions and related data from exchanges you connect and presents analytics and journaling tools. We are not a broker, exchange, custodian, or financial advisor. We never place trades, move funds, or make withdrawals on your behalf. Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, tax or legal advice — all trading decisions are your own.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms to use the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide a valid email address so we can verify your account and help you recover access. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
To use the Service you may provide API keys for your exchange accounts. You agree to create keys with read-only permissions — with trading and withdrawal disabled. We store your keys encrypted and use them solely to read your trading data. Your use of each exchange remains subject to that exchange’s own terms. You are responsible for the keys you provide and can remove them at any time.
Don’t misuse the Service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to breach or overload our systems, no reverse-engineering, no automated scraping beyond normal use, and no accessing data that isn’t yours. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. It may be a work in progress and can experience downtime, errors, or data delays. Data shown is aggregated from third-party exchanges and may be incomplete or inaccurate; do not rely on it as the sole basis for any decision.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JuiceTracker and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any trading losses, lost profits, or loss of data arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. The Service does not execute trades and is not responsible for your trading outcomes.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone, which permanently removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above; continued use after changes means you accept them.
